It shows where your weight is heading, based on your answers to a few questions. You set a goal weight and your own timeline, and it builds a personal eating plan to match, within safe limits. As you log weigh-ins, the forecast and the plan adjust to your own results.

No. SlimAhead provides general wellness information and estimates. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Talk to your doctor before changing how you eat or exercise if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, have or have had an eating disorder, or take medication that affects your weight or appetite.

No. A forecast is an estimate based on a published model and the information you provide. Real results vary from person to person, which is why SlimAhead shows a range and not a single number.
